Creating Social Change

There is an employment, pay, and culture gap for women in the technology field. Part of our mission as an educator is to find ways to help close that gap. As more and more organizations move to the cloud, the demand for cloud certified technical talent is going to continue to increase. The WiT CloudPower Scholarship Program helps women seize an opportunity to skill-up and position themselves for advancement by getting them the training and resources they need for Azure certification. We launched the scholarship program on April 1, 2020 and we’ve received an overwhelming response and are well on our way to achieving our goal to empower 100 women to become Azure certified. This goal is an opportunity to fill a gap in the market while creating positive social change.
