Description: This course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Outlook 2013 Core Essentials. Students will learn how to customize their messages and signatures, and set up automatic replies. Then students will learn how to set rules for organizing messages and use advanced techniques for managing and maintaining their mailboxes. Included are topics using the favorites list, working with search folders, using categories, and managing junk mail. Also, advanced Calendar and Task options are explored including sharing your Calendar, scheduling meetings, creating recurring items on the Calendar or Task list and assigning Tasks to other users. Exchange Server mailbox features such as sharing mailboxes, importing/exporting data, and using Outlook profiles round out the course.
