Microsoft Software Assurance is a program that benefits Licensing Service Providers (LSPs) and their customers. Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATVs) are known to increase customer satisfaction which may raise the chances of customers renewing their licenses and returning to their respective LSPs when new products are released. There is only one caveat to this plan: SATVs expire. When SATVs are not used, customers may never fully appreciate the capabilities of their Microsoft technologies.
All too often, LSPs are busy with other business matters and are unable to remind customers about the free training vouchers they received with their Microsoft licenses.
